Throughout my time at Winona State, I worked on many campaigns for the design program. I've selected a few of my favorites that will be shown here.

Description:
As design students, we often contribute to the visual system of the program. In the fall semester of my senior year, we took a campaign class that consisted of doing client work for the community.

A few of the campaigns below were for the design program. Along with select pieces from those campaigns, I have shown some from other courses.
i-design animation.

process.
For this campaign,
everyone in the class created an outreach animation for our major targeting future students.

I chose to focus on the meaning behind the 'I' in I-Design. Many don't know what this stands for and get confused about how it's different from the graphic design major we offer.
01.
To begin, I created
the script I wanted to follow for my animation. Once I made my script, I moved on to colors and typefaces.

For my colors, I chose fun vibrant colors to attract high schoolers. For the type, I chose bold & easy to read fonts since the words would be moving fast.

02.
My final step was
piecing together
the animation. The project was focused on typography, so I chose to keep graphical elements to a minimum. I added a few sporadically to emphasize certain words and to indicate new talking points. Overall, this project taught me a lot and grew my After Effect skills.
